I was billed for a library item, who do I see to explain these charges?
When an item is checked out, library staff provides the due date verbally and in by email. Usually, a bill is for a long overdue item. If it is lost, the library bills you for a replacement. If you feel there is an error, you may contact Ellen Dickman, LRC Director. ellen.dickman@logan.edu.
