I received my 3D model; do I need to do anything with it?

When you first receive a 3D-printed model, it is ready to use right away. However, you may notice that some areas of the model are blocked by a white, semi-transparent material. This material is used for printing purposes and can be removed by submerging the model in cold water for at least a day. During this time, the material will dissolve, leaving the rest of the model intact.

It is important to note that if you have a hand model, some of the fingers may become detached during this process. But don't worry, they can easily be reattached using super glue.
